Directions: The directions to Yavapai Vista Trailhead are from downtown Sedona.
Head south on N State Rte. 89A towards Forest Rd
At the first traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto AZ-179 S
Travel through four traffic circles to continue straight on AZ-179-S
Travel 1.5 miles after the fourth circle, turn right onto Yavapai Point
About the Hike: This hike is an easy .60 mile loop trail that offers spectacular views of iconic Sedona treasures like Bell Rock and Court House butte. A perfect spot to find solitude for meditation.
Turn 90-degrees to the west, and you have a front road seat to fantastic sunsets. A perfect route for those who do not enjoy hiking but want to be able to take in the beautiful scenery of Sedona.
Spring break is a time to cut loose, dance, and celebrate—no better place than the top of Yavapai Vista.
We joined in with the fun. Dancing a little batcha before heading out on the trail.
We decided to relax after our hike. A few moments later the sky lite up beautifully reminding us both how beautiful Arizona sunsets are in red rock country.
